DEPUTY MANAGER OF MANAGED SERVICE DELIVERY

Job description:

-          Responsible for the delivery result of managed service and customer satisfaction regarding Huawei managed service

-          Responsible for the managed service planning, human resource planning, and service implementation

-          Responsible for the network safety and running stability, responsible for establishment of customer network oriented managed service architecture

-          Responsible for the popularizing and implementation of company operation & managed service process and service criteria

-          Responsible for the contract-based management of managed service delivery; responsible for the solution of customer network problems and the coordination among product teams, responsible for construction and improvement of the capability the SLA-based service delivery

Requirement:

-          Minimum 8 years experience in telecom industry about managed service management or technical support management aspect

-          Bachelor degree in IT background or above

-          Teamwork, easy going and cooperative person

-          Determined, can work under great pressure

-          Customer oriented

-          Fluent in English, mandarin is preferred
