DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Job description:

-          To construct the organization structure and running procedure as the first PIC of Optical & Microwave / VAS / Wireless / Core Network TSD

-          To communicate and guide with the employee about the organization movement, like responsibility and work method. To ensure the business can be launched efficiently via performance management and planning management

-          Be responsible for constructing the resource pool of subcontractor and our own, bring up suitable person for key position

-          To organize or attend important work of representative office and control the risk and key point, like organization movement, important project, network quality guarantee, important upgrade and cutover and so on

-          To communicate routinely with surrounding department, answer the market and service requirement quickly and be responsible for the satisfaction

Requirement:

-          Min 8 years experience in telecom industry about Optical & Microwave / VAS / Wireless / Core Network technical support management aspect

-          Min. bachelor degree in IT background

-          Teamwork, easy going, and cooperative person

-          Determined, can work under great pressure

-          Customer oriented

-          Fluent in English, mandarin is preferred
